Friday 21st October 2011 'Auction of Goods & Promises'and Prize Raffle.
In aid of Help for Heroes and Forever Fourth which helps soldiers and families who have been affected during conflict.
This was a fantastic evening, which was attended by Captain Paul Johnathan Spencer of the 4th Regiment Royal Artillery.
£1900 was raised on the night and a big thankyou to the following people who donated some great lots:
* Chris Chittell (Eric Pollard) for donating a trip around the Emmerdale Studios & purpose built village for 4 people, who will be personally showing them around himself.
* J C Balls of Ambergate fo donating a Balloon flight for 2 people. * Ivan Varney for donating a 3 day break to the Derby Hotel in Blackpool for 2 people. * Derby County football club for donating a signed football & 2 match tickets.
* Crab Manor, North Yorkshire for donating a bed & breakfast stay and also a big thankyou to Captain Paul Spencer who has very kindly offered to pick the winners up of this prize and take them for a guided tour of the Top Cliff army barracks.
* Shaun Balls of Roy Jervis, The Bike Shop, Chapel Street, Ripley for donating a children's trike. www.thebikeshop.co.uk
* Carly Sims mobile hair dresssing of Ambergate for donating Shampoo, cut, colour & blow dry,

* Aggregate Industries for donating a Patio Circle. * Alan Knighton for donating 'Kiss the Bride', lucky chimney sweep and a chimney swept.
* Max Hairdressing of Wirksworth for donating a cut & colour.
* Midland Railway for donating a family ticket for 4. * Pollyanna Pickering for donating a signed 'Pollyanna Pickering' book * Mr Robinson for donating a day's plastering. *Theatre tickets donated by Derby Live. Over the last 6 months, a massive total of £3400 has been raised for both these charities at Masson Mills Shopping Village which also included a Fashion Show back in April.
